This recipe has been one of my favorites on rotation. Quick, easy, and full of health fats, fiber, and protein!

Flavors of rich cinnamon and the bright taste of peach jelly brings the taste of autumn in this protein and fiber rich breakfast oatmeal.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats and water and heat. You can either cook this in a saucepan until thick and bubble, about 5 minutes, or you can cover and cook in a microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
  2. Prepare protein powder by mixing in a small bowl with cold water. (This step is important as it will keep the protein powder smooth.)
  3. Once oats have been cooked through add protein powder sauce and stir in.
  4. Top with peach jam, crushed pecans, and cinnamon.
  5. Enjoy!
