This never-fail flaky crust is easy and delicious! With just a couple ingredients, it's the perfect base for any pie!

- In a medium bowl add flour and salt and whisk together.
- Grate chilled butter into flour and gently massage in.
- Add vinegar, then slowly add ice water until the dough reaches a shaggy consistency. It will look like the dough is not together, but when pressed will stick together.
- Pour out dough onto cutting board, and gently press together into two balls.
- Wrap each dough ball in plastic wrap, then press into circles.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Dough will hydrate and be ready to roll out into pie pan.
- After forming into pie crust, chill for 15-30 minutes before baking.
Notes
This makes 2 pie crusts. As an all-butter pie crust, it's very important to keep it chilled between steps.
