We support changing your food habits with a specifically tailored nutritional pathway for your individual body, energy and nutrient requirements. Please know we don’t do cookie cut meal plans at Apostolic Nutrition and strongly believe in giving you the tools you need to create your own meal plan that will build your gut biome and lay a strong foundation for your health.

Nutrition Reset Coaching

At Apostolic Nutrition we understand the importance of cleansing inflammation, undoing old patterns you’ve been stuck in, and breaking the habits that are sweet now but bitter later so you can reap the benefits of a whole mind-body transformation. You get individualized habit coaching designed to break the chains of self-sabotaging behavior, emotional eating, and much more.

When I started my fitness journey...

...I felt like I was guessing every move I made. With 2 young children under 2 years old, and a Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer certificate, I had my hands full. I started to piece together my fitness and thought I had a good understanding on how it all worked. That was until my world got turned upside-down.

Just one month after my youngest was born, my husband, Devlin, suffered from a month long breakout of head-to-toe hives and a growing number of food intolerances that seemingly made zero sense. While in the post-partum fog, we visited doctors only to hear that he should, “just eat some chicken and veggies,” and live with the constant question of, “will this food hurt me later?”

It broke my heart to see my loving, strong, and capable husband, a man who works in construction, be unable to hold his newborn baby because of the pain from his hives. He also became lactose and nightshade intolerant. He couldn’t have a single bowl of ice cream, any french fries or potatoes, or any tomato based product. We shook our heads and said: This just wouldn’t do. He couldn’t go on like that. I became determined to find an answer for him and after 3 long years, we did it. He followed each step as I dove head-first into every bit of information I could find.

Finally, after the deepest level of elimination diet we had done yet, he tried a bit of potato and had zero reaction. He was once again able to eat all foods with no stomach pain, bloating, night sweats, and so much more. He was finally able to sleep through the night again after years of waking up in pain in the middle of the night.

Soon after he turned to me and encouraged me to pursue my certification so that I can help others gain the peace and freedom that he now has. It is my passion to help men and women discover their path to gut healing and get the answers that they have been searching for.

In my 1-on-1 coaching I'll be teaching you how to tailor your exercise and nutrition to suit your lifestyle and goals.. Plus you'll get personalized help and research to help you understand what is happening in your body and learning how to shift your habits from sabotage to success.
