This delicious slow cooker chili recipe is an easy way to meal prep for your family. My kids love it because it's not spicy, my husband loves it because it is hearty and filling, I love it because it has a rich deep flavor and is low-carb, and nutrient rich.

- Dice the onion and heat up your pan.
- Caramelize the onion a little before adding the ground beef.
- Season the ground beef with half of the salt, garlic, oregano, and cumin.
- In your slow cooker add 2 cans of beans, 1 can of diced tomatoes, and 2 cups of bone broth.
- Once ground beef is browned thoroughly, add it to the slow cooker.
- Turn slow cooker on high for 1 hour, then reduce to low for 6-8 hours, or turn it on low for 8 hours.
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can cook this without a slow cooker. Just combine all of the ingredients in a stock pot on the stove and let simmer 20-30 minutes on low before serving.
