This topping is perfect to top tacos or to just add fresh garlic to the skillet to make cooking that much easier.

- Remove the paper from all of the garlic cloves. My favorite way is to break the bulb apart and then a silicone garlic peeler. (Link Below).
- Finely slice all of the garlic cloves and place in a jar while a lid. I like to use a pint mason jar.
- Cover garlic with avocado oil and make sure that there is a layer of oil above all of the garlic.
- Place in fridge for 1-2 days.
- This is perfect to put a tablespoon or two of raw garlic on top of any tacos or savory meal to boost the immune system. By sitting in the oil a day or two, the garlic retains it's immune boosting properties but also dulls the fiery taste.
