- Drain salmon and crumble into a small bowl
- Add remaining ingredients and stir
- Form into 6 small balls, then press into patties.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and add patties
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve with Tzaziki sauce or your favorite dressing and a wedge of lemon.
- Enjoy!

For breadcrumbs you can use almond flour or coconut flour for a gluten free option in a 1-to-1 ratio.
