This creamy chocolate mousse is a perfect treat for an evening snack while keeping your macros in place.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and cashew butter in a small bowl in the microwave in 30 second intervals.
  2. In a blender combine all ingredients including melted chocolate and cashew butter.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Put into 4 ramekins and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

I like to use an immersion blender, but a regular blender will work fine.


You can use almond butter or peanut butter for a nuttier taste. I use cashew butter because it has a higher protein content.
