These mashed potatoes are hands down my family's favorite. With the savory rosemary and garlic notes, and tanginess of the greek yogurt, they are a perfect side dish to any meal.

Instructions
- In a large pot filled with water, add potatoes, rosemary, and garlic and bring to a boil.
- Boil potatoes until tender and you can pierce with a fork easily.
- Drain water and return potatoes to the pot or into a mixer bowl.
- Add butter and plain greek yogurt and mash well.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If you are lactose intolerant you can substitute ghee instead of butter, and use coconut plain yogurt instead of greek.
