- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a lined 9x13 pan, put the bread cubes, and top with the blueberries and sliced almonds
- In a bowl combine the milk, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and kosher salt.
- Pour the milk mix over the bread and blueberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
- The milk can be substituted for any alternative milk such as almond, soy, or coconut milk.
- If you only have fresh bread, you can cut it up. Then after you put it in the pan, before you top it with blueberries. You can bake it for 5-10 minutes or until it feels dry to the touch. Then continue from step 2.
